For years I was thinking the 17 minutes and below was hard to do. I had never tried to go all out to achieve my best time in a 5k. I have been training pretty hard and I might pick up a 5k to run sometime before the end of the year to o all out.
My goal is to be in the 17minute mark.
So far today has been good, I did my training run and later I have planned a 7 mile loop more or less.
